Service Description
Get your document notarized from your computer, tablet, or phone anytime and anywhere in the world. Your document(s) will be notarized then sent back to you in a PDF format after the session in complete. As a reminder, please note that: If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, a late fee or reschedule fee may apply. If you or any other signers fail to pass the ID verification process, there will NOT be any refunds issued. If you have to cancel the appointment once it is confirmed with the Remote Online Notary, you will receive a 50% refund of the total fees. **Please make sure all documents are uploaded at least one hour prior to the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
All fees payable to Wilkerson Notary Services, LLC are due at the time of scheduling, whether online, email invoice or by phone. If you book an appointment and request to cancel the appointment for any reason after payment is remitted, you will be only refunded at 50% of the total payment. Additionally, cancellations within two hours of a scheduled appointment will not be refunded. For mobile services, if we are in transit to a scheduled appointment, or arrive to the signing location and signing does not occur for any reasons whatsoever there will be no refunds issued. Please be advised that if you or any other signers fail to pass the ID verification process, there will NOT be any refunds issued. By proceeding with payment, you confirm you have read and expressly agreed to fees and terms of our services.
