Service Description
Get your document notarized from your computer, tablet, or phone anytime and anywhere in the world. Your document(s) will be notarized then sent back to you in a PDF format after the session in complete. As a reminder, please note that: If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, a late fee or reschedule fee may apply. If you or any other signers fail to pass the ID verification process, there will NOT be any refunds issued. If you have to cancel the appointment once it is confirmed with the Remote Online Notary, you will receive a 50% refund of the total fees. **Please make sure all documents are uploaded at least one hour prior to the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Base Fee: Remote Online Notarization services start at $45, which includes one notarial stamp. Additional Stamps: Each additional notarial stamp (2nd and 3rd) is $15 each. For 4 or more stamps, each additional stamp is $25, in accordance with Florida Statutes. Invoicing for Additional Stamps: If more than one stamp is required, an invoice for the additional notarial fees will be emailed to the client prior to the session. Payment must be received before the session begins. International Clients: International processing fees may apply for clients located outside of the United States. These fees will be assessed and invoiced prior to the session. No Refunds Policy: No refunds will be issued for failed or dropped connections due to technical issues on the client’s end. No refunds will be issued for appointments where identification cannot be verified or is deemed unacceptable under Florida Notary law. Important Notes: All fees must be paid prior to the start of the notarization session. By scheduling a Remote Online Notarization session, the client agrees to all terms listed in this policy.
