All fees payable to Wilkerson Notary Services, LLC are due at the time of scheduling, whether online, email invoice or by phone. If you book an appointment and request to cancel the appointment for any reason after payment is remitted, you will be only refunded at 50% of the total payment. Additionally, cancellations within two hours of a scheduled appointment will not be refunded.

 

For mobile services, if we are in transit to a scheduled appointment, or arrive to the signing location and signing does not occur for any reasons whatsoever there will be no refunds issued.

 

Please be advised that if you or any other signers fail to pass the ID verification process, there will NOT be any refunds issued.
