Additionally, she has gone through an extensive background check and is LSS (Loan Signing System) trained.

We travel to the location of our customer’s request (home, workplace, job site, or any other practical place) to notarize or sign documents and work hard to accommodate our customer’s schedules.

Loan Signings
Wilkerson Notary Services, LLC. will serve as the notary signing agent for your Title and Closing Company and will travel as your representative to meet with clients to accurately complete your loan signing. We provide all types of loan singing/closing packages. These services can be completed in person and online. Scan back services are also available.
